Town of Flora, Indiana – Drinking Water Improvements

Water Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to obtain assistance from

The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Loan Program

The Town of Flora, Indiana will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. ET on Monday, March 3^rd, 2025, at the Flora Town Hall, 4 East Main Street, Flora, Indiana 46929 on the second floor.

The Town of Flora’s engineering consultant, Commonwealth Engineers, Inc., will present the recommended upgrades to the Town of Flora’s drinking water infrastructure. These upgrades will include replacing lead and galvanized service lines throughout the Town of Flora’s service area, as described in the PER. The project will be funded through a DWSRF loan.

At this hearing, there will be the opportunity for questions and comments from the public. Participation is welcomed and encouraged. If special assistance is required at the meeting, please contact Pamela Beck at 574-967-4844. Copies of the PER are available for public viewing starting February 21^st, 2025, through March 8^th, 2025, at the Flora Town Hall.
