The October 22nd edition of The Comet has a good write up on page 4 on safety and costume tips as well as what to provide for appropriate treats.

The Flora Lions Club’s annual Halloween Fest will be Oct. 30, beginning at 7 p.m. at the 4-H Community Building.

There will be an “All You Can Eat” Chili Supper starting at 4:30 p.m. Carry-outs will be available. All proceeds will benefit the Flora Senior Center. Costume judging will begin at 7:00p with prizes, free popcorn and cider.
