NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town Council of Flora, Indiana
Infrastructure Project 

Pursuant to Ind. Code §5-23-5-9, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of  Flora, Indiana (the “Council”), will hold a public hearing on January 12^th at 5:30 PM, at the Flora Town Hall, 4 E. Main St., Flora, IN 46929, concerning the recommendation to award a public-private agreement for the design, construction, operation, and transfer of a new infrastructure project to support a new housing development located in Flora, Indiana (the “Project”), in accordance with Ind. Code  §5-23 (the “BOT Statute”).

Pursuant to the BOT Statute, the Council issued a request for proposals and qualifications for the design, construction, operation, and transfer of the Project. After review and analysis of proposals received, a recommendation has been made to the Council to award the public-private agreement to the team comprised of Citation Homes and GM Development Companies LLC.  Copies of the proposals and a written explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made are with the Council and are available for public inspection and copying at Flora Town Hall, 4 E. Main St., Flora, IN 46929, by appointment made by calling 574-967-4844.  Discussions with members of the Town Council may also be made at the same phone number and address.  The public is invited to comment on any of the matters herein noted, and all taxpayers, residents, or interested parties who appear will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their views on the recommendation.
